About This Project

Brand new duplexes built from the ground up. Each unit is three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms with a full size unfinished basement. The two sides were slightly different in layout and were finished in a little different color scheme. These had a tight budget so things like engineered hardwood, large tiles and schedule one granite were used to help reduce the cost of the total build.
