Pre-construction
Our process begins with a free consultation with our management team where we will go over your project details and work together to develop the best path toward achieving your goals. We have existing relationships with architects, engineers and designers and we are happy to assist you in any way, regardless of what stage your project is in. If you decide that the BV Builders team is right for you, we will then compose and present to you a comprehensive budget breakdown and construction schedule. So whether you already have complete plans or you’re starting from scratch, we can help make your project a reality.
Construction
One of our top priorities throughout the building process is communicating with our clients every step of the way and helping them in any way we can. We understand that with new construction come a great number of important decisions to be made. We want our clients to know that we are here to guide them through decisions of any magnitude, from the layout of the house to the color of the door hinges.
Post Construction
